• Last Qualifying Exam Marks Sheets.
• Adhar Card (Make Sure Adhar Card Details should be same according to Educational Certificate Like-Name, Father’s Name or Date of Birth)
• Income Certificate (Should Not be old more than 3 year-Fresh Candidate must have a new Latest Income Certificate)
• Cast Certificate (If Applicable)
• Domicile Certificate. 
• Affidivate (If Applicabe)
• Active Bank Account (Make Sure NPCI Should be complete)
• Before Final Submit You”ll have to check all entries by your college Admin.
• After Final Submition You can’t make any change before correction date.
